Bollywood Actor John Abraham, along with the Deol family of Bollywood and GMR Group will be the top attendees at the Pro Wrestling League player auction, as the best wrestlers from around the world go under the hammer in New Delhi on Monday.
Owners of the IPL franchise Delhi Daredevils, the GMR Group was announced as one of the owners of six teams on October 21. Yesteryear Bollywood legend Dharmendra also bought a franchise in the inaugural edition of the league. John Abraham, who already has a stake in a football team in the ISL (NorthEast United FC) and a hockey team in the HIL (Delhi Waveriders), will be looking to add another feather to his enterpreneurial cap with a wrestling franchise to his name.
Also making their presence felt at the auction will be Kartikeya Sharma of ProSportify and Vishal Gurnani, director of Pro-Sportify, the organizers as well as the promoters of the league, who have joined hands with the Wrestling Federation of India.
